About Ashley
Ashley Walker is the Founder and President of CREA Florida, a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in buying, selling, leasing, development, and investment throughout Florida.
Ashley began her commercial real estate career in 2002 with an owner-developer, where her work included lot assemblage, acquisitions, and large-scale commercial development projects. She has held sales, management, and senior executive roles, with experience in landlord and tenant representation, buyer and seller representation, development, and investment sales.
Her specialty is healthcare real estate, including medical office buildings and physician-owned properties. She advises physicians, practice owners, and investors across Central Florida, including Winter Garden, Clermont, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Orlando, and Lake Wales.
