Who We Are

CREA Florida, LLC, doing business as CREA ("CREA", "we", "us"), is a commercial real estate brokerage based in Winter Garden, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to creaflorida.com, our contact forms, our ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and when you call, text or email us.

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, company, property address, property type, whether you own or lease, your timeline, and anything else you choose to share in a form, message, call or meeting.
  • Information from Meta lead forms: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you submitted (for example name, phone, email and your answers to our questions). Meta may prefill some fields from your Meta profile, and you can edit them before you submit.
  • Information collected automatically on our website: basic device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site and how you found us. This comes from cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics.
  • We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through our website or ads.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to you and follow up on your request, including calling, texting or emailing you.
  • To prepare a broker opinion of value, find space, market a property, or provide other real estate services you ask for.
  • To send you market updates, listings or other emails if you sign up or if we have worked with you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how our website and ads perform so we can improve them.
  • To keep records required for our business and to comply with the law.

Phone Calls and Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that CREA may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Tools and Service Providers We Use

  • Follow Up Boss: our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we store contact details, notes, and records of calls, texts and emails so we can follow up.
  • Mailchimp: to send email newsletters and listing updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Google Analytics: to understand website traffic. Google may use cookies to collect this data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): to run ads and lead forms. Meta's own privacy policy applies to your use of Facebook and Instagram.
  • These providers process information for us under their own terms and security practices. We only share what they need to do their job for us.

When We Share Information

  • With the service providers listed above.
  • With other parties to a real estate transaction when you ask us to, such as cooperating brokers, landlords, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies or attorneys.
  • When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
  • If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

How Long We Keep Information

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
